The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has exerted great efforts led by the Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense to communicate with the countries of G20 to support its request to host the meetings of G20 leaders' summit in 2020. This was revealed by the Saudi Minister of Finance Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Jadaan. In a press statement following the conclusion of G20 summit hosted by the German city of Hamburg, the Minister Al-Jadaan affirmed that the Kingdom's success in hosting the G20 summit's meetings in 2020 reflects its international political and economic weight as well as the appreciation of its role and confidence in its ability to organize such important global meetings.
