The Congolese authorities have identified 10 more mass graves in the central Kasai region, bringing the total to 52, Attorney General Flory Kabange Numbi said Monday. The UN had previously documented 42 mass graves in the region, dpa reported. The 10 newly discovered mass graves are located in Tshikapa in Kasai Central, one of the five provinces affected by the violence, Numbi said at a press conference. The judiciary announced an investigation into who was buried there.
