The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has received a cable from Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait, in which he expressed Kuwait's strong condemnation of the terrorist scheme to target the Grand Holy Mosque in Makkah, noting that this terrorist plot contradicts teachings of Islam and all religious and human values. He stressed his country's stand with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its support for all measures being taken by the Kingdom to maintain its security and confront these terrorist plots, reconfirming Kuwait's condemnation of all acts of terrorism and its support for international efforts to uproot and dry up its resources. The Kuwaiti Emir lauded the Kingdom's role in combating terrorism and the vigilance of its security forces which thwarted this despicable scheme. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques has also received similar cables from Kuwaiti Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah.
