Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Yaum, Al-Riyadh, and Al-Jazirah newspapers wrote about Qatar, saying that the Qatari media are trying to mix the papers in front of Arab and international public opinions about the siege, pointing out that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia used its legal right and refused the use its airspace and sea by the Qatari ships and aircraft, noting that this right from the technical point of view is not called a siege, but it is a legitimate right to protect the sovereignty and maintain the stability and security of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The newspapers also indicated that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has issued a directive to take into consideration the humanitarian situations of Saudi-Qatari joint families in his appreciation for the brotherly people of Qatar.
