Al-Houthi and ousted Saleh coup militias have increased their operation of the forced recruitment of Yemeni tribal children by bribing their Sheikhs with cash money and jobs to facilitate the recruitment of children to the fighting fronts without the knowledge of their families. Thus, child recruitment by Al-Houthis has doubled to seven times, causing the death of thousands of Yemeni children as victims. Sources inside Yemen affirmed that the number of children recruited by Al-Houthis reached 15,000 children participating in hostilities, planting mines and using them as human shields, guards and at checkpoints, pointing out that the militias of Al-Houthi and the pro-forces of the ousted Saleh have forced many Yemeni families to send their children to fight under threat in addition to recruiting the orphans of Yemeni children. Observers of the Yemeni affair have expressed their surprise at the silence of international organizations and human rights organizations about these atrocities being committed by Al-Houthi militias against the children of Yemen, despite the spread of pictures showing these children working with different militia groups and at fighting fronts as if this does not concern them.
