The Ministry of Culture and Information participated in the "European Day and the Month of Europe" held at Tuwaiq Palace in the Diplomatic Quarter and the Kingdom Commercial Complex in Riyadh. The cultural program, executed by the Ministry, upon directives of the culture and information minister Dr. Awwad bin Saleh Al-Awwad, included Saudi folklore and music groups and others. In a press statement, General Supervisor of Agency of Ministry of Culture and Information for International Cultural Relations Dr. Abdullah Ahmari said that the participation of the ministry in the celebrations of the European Day and the month of Europe has human and cultural goals that promote integration and cooperation in the cultural affairs between the Kingdom and the European Union countries.
