Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Riyadh, Okaz and Al-Youm newspapers commented on the visit currently being paid to Japan by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, saying that Japan represents the third largest economy in the world, and it is one of the largest trading partners to the Kingdom, noting that the trade exchange between the Kingdom and Japan totaled SR 117 billion and 969 million; while the Kingdom's exports to Japan amounted to SR 80 billion and 683 million and Japanese imports valued at SR 37 billion and 286 million. The papers indicated that the Kingdom and Japan decided to develop a common vision for the year 2030 based on interweaving of opportunities compatible with the objectives of the Kingdom's vision 2030, Japanese economic reform program, Japanese strategy for the fourth industrial revolution and access to foreign markets.
