Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance Sheikh Saleh bin Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al Sheikh received at his office here today Grand Mufti of the Republic of Croatia Sheikh Aziz Hasanovic, and the his accompanying delegation currently visiting the Kingdom. At the outset of the meeting, Al-Sheikh welcomed the Mufti, and members of the Fatwa and Islamic chiefdom in Croatia, noting the importance of the work they do as regards the delivery of the true message of Islam based on moderation, stressing the role played by the Association of Muslim Scholars, and the mission entrusted to them to give a good image of Islam and Muslims. HE stressed the ministry's support for Fatwa and Islamic chiefdom in organized Islamic conferences and meetings to show the true image of Islam. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is always keen to provide assistance in whatever unites the Muslims and removes evils from them, pointing out that the enemies of Islam and Muslims want to drive a wedge between Muslims and scholars, and this requires that scholars ensure the unity of ranks. For his part, the Mufti of Croatia thankd the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, his deputy, and the Deputy Crown Prince, for their considerable efforts in serving Islam and Muslims.
