The Yemeni Coalition to Monitor Violations of Human Rights stressed that 2016 witnessed the worst violations committed by Houthi and Saleh coup militias against the civilians in Yemen. According to a report presented by the Yemeni Coalition on the sidelines of 34rd Human Rights Council in Geneva, the report highlighted the number of killings reached 2737, including children and women, and the injuries reached about 7270 in various regions during 2016 due to violations committed by Houthi and Saleh militias. The violations included murder, injury, field executions, lethal torture and recruitment of child soldiers as well as violations against civilians and property and bombing houses and public and private facilities.
