Foreign Minister Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir received at the headquarters of the ministry in Riyadh today Minister of Foreign Affairs of New Zealand Murray McCully. During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and the overall situations in the region and the world. Following the meeting, a memorandum of political consultation between the two countries was signed. The meeting was attended by the director of media department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Osama Nogali, undersecretary of the ministry for political and economic affairs Dr. Adel Mirdad, the director general of the Office of minister of foreign affairs Khalid bin Musaed Al-Angari, Saudi Ambassador to Australia and New Zealand Nabil bin Mohammed Al-Saleh, and the Consultant at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Majid Al-Abdan. On the New Zealand side, the meeting was attended by New Zealand's ambassador to the Kingdom Hamish McMaster and the delegation accompanying the minister of foreign affairs of New Zealand.
