Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Dr. Yusuf bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen, has expressed his condolences to the Government of United Arab Emirates (UAE) and its people on the death of UAE's Ambassador to Afghanistan Juma Mohammed Abdullah AlKaabi yesterday as a result of his wounds from the terrorist blast in Kandahar province last week. This came in a message sent by the OIC Secretary General to Foreign Minister of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan. Dr. Al-Othaimeen reiterated the Organization's condemnation of this cowardly terrorist act targeted the diplomatic mission of the UAE and Afghan citizens, stressing the organization's position rejecting all forms of crime, violence and terrorism whatever might be its source and manifestations, expressing at the same time its confidence that these cowardly attacks will not deter the UAE's efforts to continue its humanitarian work in any part of the world.
