Upon directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Assistance has distributed 30,000 food baskets to the people affected by drought in the territory of Somalia. In a statement, Fahd Al-Osaimi, Director General of the Relief Department at the center, said that the food aid is estimated about 2,130 tons including sugar, flour, rice, dates, oil, and beans. He added that 180,000 person will take advantage of this aid.
