Saudi ambassador to Sudan, Ali bin Hassan Jaafar has praised the support and care being accorded to Saudi investments in the Republic of Sudan. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA) after the inauguration on Monday by Sudanese First Vice President General Bakri Hassan Saleh of the first phase of the project of National Agricultural Development Company (NADEC) at North Kordofan State of western Sudan on an area of 40 kilometers, Ambassador Jaafar said that "Participation of Sudanese First Vice President and Ministers of the economic sector in the project opening ceremony confirms sublime status of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Sudanese leadership and people." He added that lifting economic sanctions off Sudan will allow the flow of more Saudi investments into the Sudanese economy.
