President of Djibouti Confers Medal to Border Guards' Director

Djibouti Premier Abdulqadir Kamil Mohammed conferred the National Merit Order on the Director of the Border Guards Lt. Gen. Awwad bin Eid Al-Balawi, the Rank of Commander, in line with a Presidential Decree, in appreciation of the important role played through the cooperation of the Saudi Border Guards and Djibouti's Coast Guards.
The ceremony took place, in Djibouti today, in the presence of the Djibouti Minister of Transport and the Saudi Ambassador to Djibouti Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Dauwd.
