Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud issued here today a royal decree on the State's general budget for the fiscal year 1438-1439H. The Decree stated the following: First: The State's revenues and expenditures for the fiscal year 1438-1439H are approved as follows: 1- The revenues are estimated at (SR692,000,000,000) six hundred ninety-two billion riyals. 2- The expenditures are approved at (SR890,000,000,000) eight hundred ninety billion riyals. 3- The deficit is estimated at (SR198,000,000,000) one hundred ninety-eight billion riyals. Second: The budgets of general organizations, whose budgets are annexed to the State's general budget for the fiscal year 1438-1439H, are approved as follows: 1- The expenditures of general organizations for the fiscal year 1438-1439H are estimated at (SR121,872,751,000) one hundred twenty-one billion, eight hundred seventy-two million and seven hundred fifty-one thousand riyals. 2- The revenues of general organizations for the fiscal year 1438-1439H are estimated at (SR15,164,026,000) fifteen billion, one hundred sixty-four million and twenty-six thousand riyals. 3-The difference between direct revenues and expenditures amounted to (SR106,708,725,000) one hundred six billion, seven hundred eight million and seven hundred twenty-five thousand riyals shall be approved in the State's general budget. Third: The budgets of municipalities for the fiscal year 1438-1439H are approved as follows: 1- The expenditures of municipalities for the fiscal year 1438-1439H are estimated at (SR51,044,577,000) fifty-one billion, forty-four million and five hundred seventy-seven thousand riyals. 2- The revenues of municipalities for the fiscal year 1438-1439H are estimated at (SR6,906,342,000) six billion, nine hundred six million and three hundred forty-two thousand riyals. 3- The difference between direct revenues and expenditures amounted to (SR44,138,235,000) forty-four billion, one hundred thirty-eight million and two hundred thirty-five thousand riyals shall be approved in the State's general budget. --More
