Islamic Conference of Ministers of Information of the OIC stressed the importance of combating the fierce campaign launched against the Islam and Muslim communities in particular with regard to the phenomenon of "Islamophobia", stressing that dealing with this phenomenon will show the truth tolerance of Islam to the foreign receivers. This came at the conclusion of the 11th session of the Ministers of Information of OIC, which was held here today and chaired by Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Adel bin Zaid Al-Torifi. The conference which was entitled by "Renewable Media in Face of Terrorism and Islamophobia", called the importance of cooperation between Member States to combat the phenomenon of terrorism, condemning all manifestations of violence, extremism, fanaticism that distort noble messages of human cultures.
