Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, has sent a cable of congratulations to President Rumen Radev of Bulgaria on winning the presidential elections in the Republic of Bulgaria.
In his cable, the Deputy Crown Prince wished President Rumen Radev constant good health and happiness and his people steady progress and prosperity.
