Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of Qatar, received today a telephone call from the President of Afghanistan, Mohammad Ashraf Ghani. During the telephone conversation, they discussed bilateral relations between the two countries, as well as a number of issues of common concern.
