Deputy Prime Minister of Yemen and minister of civil service and insurance Abdulaziz Jabari met today with Japanese ambassador accredited to Yemen Katsushi Hayati. During the meeting, they reviewed the latest developments in the region in general and Yemen in particular amid the continuation of the Houthi militias to escalate the situation militarily and practice flagrant violations against the Yemeni people, impose siege on civilians, particularly in the province of Taiz, violate the humanitarian-designed truce and intensify abrupt shelling of civilians and residential suburbs as well as governmental utilities in Taiz, Al-Jaof, Maareb, Al-Hodaidah and Abb and other provinces. In statement to the state-run news agency of SABA, the ambassador expressed support of his country for the legitimate government and voiced Japan's readiness to take part in rehabilitation and repair process of Yemen and provide every possible support in other fields. --SA
