The Global MISK Forum organized by Prince Mohammed bin Salman Foundation "Charitable MISK'' under the patronage of the Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense started here today in the presence of a number of officials from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and abroad; Ambassadors accredited to the Kingdom and the participation of 1500 young men and women of the inventors and creators from the Kingdom and more than 65 countries in the world. The Forum started its activities by holding a session in which four Saudi young men reviewed in open interactive conversations their successful experiences and their innovations in the field of entrepreneurship, as well as their outlook for future incentives for Saudi young people to participate in building the homeland in line with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Vision 2030. Following the session, President and Chief of Executive Officer of Siemens AG, Joe Kaeser delivered a speech in which he talked about a number of new methods to reach a perfect environment through which the society can instill creative thinking in young people, pointing out that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's environment is able to motivate and instill innovative and creative thinking in young people of both sexes. He stressed that the Kingdom is able to access a great status in many areas at the world level, in addition to its current status, and it can double this distinguished status by possessing plentiful potentials waiting the focus on innovation as a strategic goal that should be supported, stimulated and accorded attention and care. Kaeser also commended the objectives contained in the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arab for 2030 in general, especially goals that deal with innovation and take care of it, including the search for ways and a variety of tools to ensure the continuity of its development, describing cooperation with leading, experienced and specialized global entities in providing innovation incubators for innovation, as one of the most important of these tools. --More
