the British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson welcomed the decision on the OPCW, after the investigation of the United Nations which condemned the use of chemical weapons, in Syria. In a press statement he said the decision confirmed that the Assad regime began organizing "Daesh" and is responsible for the terrorist use of chemical weapons against civilians, stressing the need to hold accountable those who have used these deadly weapons, by the international community. He stressed that the United Kingdom will continue to work with its international partners to ensure justice for the victims and to prevent the use of chemical weapons by anyone, anywhere and any time.
