A bus with 31 passengers aboard overturned on a rain-soaked road in central Vietnam, killing a Norwegian couple and injuring 14 others, police said Thursday According to AP. Most of the passengers were asleep when the bus skidded off a curved road during heavy rains around 1:45 a.m. Wednesday, police said. It was traveling from the central highland province of Dak Lak to the historic city of Hue. The fatalities were identified as a Norwegian couple of Vietnamese origin. Norway's Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Ingrid Kvammen Ekker in Oslo confirmed the deaths of the two nationals but declined to identify them Thursday. Police are investigating the crash.
