Republican Donald Trump was elected president of the United States of America, news agencies reported.
Trump secured the 270 electoral votes needed to win the presidency and beat Democrat Hillary Clinton in Tuesday's vote.
Trump has won 28 states and got 277 votes, while Clinton won 19 states and got 218 votes.
