Libyan coast guard recovered 29 migrants after their boat sank about 26 miles off the coast to the east of the capital Tripoli. According to Coast Guard spokesman Ayub Qassem, 97 illegal immigrants are still missing or drowned, where survivors said that 126 people were on board the rubber boat before tearing one side and the flow of water into it. Qassem pointed out that the boat that sank yesterday left at dawn from the city "Qara Polly " about 50 kilometers east of Tripoli, and one side of the boat ruptured due to overcrowding which led to water leak.
