Thamer Al-Sabhan appointed as Minister of State for Arab Gulf Affairs at the Foreign Ministry

Thamer bin Ali Al-Sabhan was appointed as Minister of State for Arab Gulf Affairs in the excellent rank at the Foreign Ministry, a Royal order said early Sunday.
The order, issued by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, instructed all pertinent bodies to accredit it and implement it with immediate effect.
