Yemeni Prime Minister Ahmed Obaid bin Dhagr stressed that coup militias in Sanaa should be held responsible for the aggravation of the situation in the country following thier invation of cities and provinces. He called for the implementation of the GCC initiative, outputs of the national dialogue and the UN Security Council Resolution 2216 to slavage the country.
