US Secretary of State John Kerry called Tuesday for the rule of law and dialogue to resolve territorial disputes in the South China Sea, dpa reported. Speaking from the East Asia Summit in Vientiane, Laos, Kerry said that the United States remained neutral on the dispute, but called on all parties to follow the rule of law. "We absolutely support ... the legal process and diplomacy," Kerry said at a press conference. The US secretary of state is due to fly to Manila later on Tuesday.
