At least 15 people were dead and 45 wounded in an attack by a man with a knife outside of Tokyo early Tuesday, Japanese broadcaster NHK reports, according to dpa. Authorities arrested the 26-year-old man on suspicion of murder when he turned himself in at the local police office at 3 am (1800 GMT Monday), admitting to the attack, NHK said. The police are investigating the motive behind the attack by the former employee at the Tsukui Yamayuri En (Tsukui Lily Garden) facility, the report said.
