The ordinary Arab summit in its 27th session started its activities here today, headed by the Islamic Republic of Mauritania. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's delegation to the summit was headed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir. Arab leaders and Presidents are set to discuss 16 items, topped by the Palestinian cause, peace process, Al-Quds, settlements, refugees and the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), in addition to the latest developments on the Syrian crisis and the situations in Libya, Yemen, Somalia, Darfur of Sudan and Iran's occupation of three Emirati islands of "Greater Tunb, Lesser Tunb and Abu Musa as well as the Iranian interference in the internal affairs of Arab countries, the fight against terrorism, the development of the Arab League and joint Arab economic and social actions.
