The number of people injured rose to 35 after a deadly rampage at a Munich shopping centre allegedly by a teenager obsessed with mass shootings, German police said Sunday, according to dpa. The number included people hurt when panic broke out in the city centre after the shooting at the Olympia shopping mall, a spokesman in Berlin said. Saturday reports put the number of injured at two dozen. The 18-year-old German-Iranian suspect was an avid reader of books and articles about mass killings including the Norway attacks, which occurred five years earlier to the day, police said. Most of his nine victims were teens from Turkish and Kosovar immigrant families.
