Chinese finance minister Lou Jiwei said China should rely on reform, not fiscal spending, to address structural issues, and added that the country's high savings rate and other conditions allows it to sustain investment growth, Reuters reported. Lou was speaking at a news conference at the G20 meeting of finance ministers and central bankers in the southwestern Chinese city of Chengdu.
