King Mohammed VI of Morocco today condemned the armed terrorist attack, in the city of Munich, resulting in casualties and injuries of dozens of innocents, describing the offense as heinous act. In a cable of condolence to Angela Merkel, Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Moroccan king expressed denunciation of this criminal work which targeted the security and safety of innocent people in Germany, confirming the support of Morocco for Germany in combating terrorism, expressing the readiness of Morocco to join the world community efforts against this plague which threatens world peace and stability. King Mohammed VI also offered condolence to the government and people of Germany as well as the families of the victims, wishing the injured speedy recovery.
