The Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Adel bin Zaid Altoraifi expressed sincere thanks to and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for his patronage of the 5th Conference for Saudi writers scheduled to take place during the month of Safar of the year 1438 H in Riyadh with the main title "Saudi literature and its institutions, Reviews and exploration between (1400 - 1437 H / 1980 - 2016)." The Minister said that the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques of the Conference falls under the great attention given by the wise leadership in support of literature, writers and the rise of the literary movement in the Kingdom which provides different promotion tools, including the issuance of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques decree on 07/30/1437 H to establish a General Authority for culture.
