Pakistan's President Mamnoon Hussein condemned the terror acts which took place in Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah and Qatif and Jeddah provinces, leading to the martyrdom of a number of security men and the injury of others. The presidential palace said in a statement that President Hussein expressed, in a cable to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and the families of the martyred his sincere condolence, wishing the inured quick recovery. The Pakistani President called on the Islamic Ummah to adopt a comprehensive and joint strategy to combat the phenomenon of terrorism. For their part, the Speaker of the Pakistani Senate Senator Riza Rabbani, the Speaker of the Pakistani national assembly Ayaz Sadeq, the Minister of Defense Khawaaj Mohammed Asif, the Minister of Interior Shouzary Ali Khan and a number of political and parliamentary leaders also denounced the terror attacks, particularly that took place in Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah, confirming their solidarity and support by the side of the Kingdom in confronting terrorism.
