The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud sent a congratulatory cable to the President of the Democratic Republic of Congo Joseph Kabila, on the Independence Day of his country.
The King, in his own name and on behalf of the people and the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, wished the president permanent good health and to his friendly people steady advancement and prosperity.
