Russian President Vladimir Putin met here today with his Armenian and Azerbaijani counterparts Serzh Sargsyan and Ilham Aliyev respectively. A statement issued by the Kremlin said the presidents discussed ways of settling the crisis in the mountainous Nagorno-Karabakh and ceasefire. They issued a joint statement that they have agreed to increase the number of international observers in the disputed region, expressing satisfaction over the continuation of the recent ceasefire at the touch line.
