Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, has sent a cable of congratulation to President James Alix Michel of Seychelles on the occasion of his country's Constitution Day.
In his cable, the Deputy Crown Prince wished the President permanent good health and happiness and the Government and people of Seychelles steady progress and prosperity.
