UEFA is very satisfied with improved security at Euro 2016 stadiums and cities in the wake last weekend's trouble in Marseille, the ruling body said on Friday. According to dpa, French organizers had stepped up their measures after the violent clashes involving Russian and England fans before their game last Saturday, and Russian fans charging into a section of English fans after the game. While there was a little more trouble on the eve of England's second game against Wales in Thursday, the situation appears to have calmed down now, partly also because UEFA imposed a suspended disqualification on the Russian federation.
