Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of topics and issues at local, regional and international arenas. Okaz, Al-Youm and Al-Sharq newspapers commented on the visit being made currently by Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense to the United States of America, saying that it gains a paramount importance in the light of the events affecting the Middle East which led to the expansion of conflicts in the region, noting that the matter requires Saudi-US coordination and consultation on finding comprehensive solutions to the region, including the Palestinian issue, Syrian crisis, Iranian interference in the region and curbing ISIS terrorism. The papers pointed out that the harmony between the two countries, the strengthening of the relations between them to meet their common interests, and addressing many regional files will inevitably lead to finding solutions to the region's problems, as the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia enjoys great prestige and status in the Middle East, while the United States is the most powerful country in the world, so the strengthening of cooperation and partnership between the two countries will be reflected positively on the global stability and curbing terrorism, which the Kingdom has proven its ability to deal with it seriously and resolve chronic issues in the region.
