Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of topics and issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Youm newspaper said that as an advanced step to actively contribute to achieving the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's vision 2030, the final approval has been issued on the construction of three plants for renewable energy in the Kingdom, which is a new path toward meaningful investments in renewable energy economies, and this investment is considered within a series of vigorous steps for making the promising future for the Kingdom. The paper commended the construction of these new energy stations which means that the Kingdom began to practice the first steps toward the translation of its vision for the future, indicating that these stations were preceded by a contract with a major international company to invest in advanced industrial fields, noting that the building of those stations means embarking in allocation of an integrated sector to deal with renewable energy, particularly in the field of solar energy. --More
