Yemen's Prime Minister Dr. Ahmed Obaid bin Dughr expressed thanks to and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the government and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for their staunch stand by the side of Yemen in its current crisis, lauding the role played by Riyadh-based King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Works. In a press statement following his meeting with Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabee'a, Consultant at the Royal Court and Supervisor General of the center, bin Dughr paid tribute to the efforts being exerted by the personnel of the center to send direly-needed relief items to brothers and sisters in Yemen. He thanked Saudi Arabia for hosting Yemenis at this critical time. During the meeting, the two sides discussed mechanisms of delivering material assistance to most-hit areas in Yemen, citing the latest consignment of 100,000 food baskets to the Yemeni city of Taiz. The meeting was attended by a number of Yemeni officials.
