Saudi Sprinter Abdullah Abkar has broken the national record of Salem Al-Yami, the holder of 2002 Asiad gold medal. The 19 Years old Abkar run 10.04 seconds, in the 100 meters race compared with 10.13 seconds of Al-Yami, thus becoming the fastest, in the Saudi athletics history. The event took place, in the U.S. held International Race, last evening, which qualified him to participate in Rio Olympiad of 2016. Abkar has already reserved his ticket to take part, in the World Youth Championships, to be held, in Poland, in July 2016, where he will compete in 100 meters as well as 200 meters.
