Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Adel bin Zaid Al-Toraifi said that the results of the official visit of the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to Egypt are in favor of the two brotherly countries and the Arab and Islamic nations, praising the hospitality and warm reception the King and his accompanying delegation received from President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi of Egypt, the Egyptian government and the brotherly people of Egypt. In a press statement to Egyptian media, the minister reiterated Saudi interest in Egypt since the reign of the founding late King Abdulaziz Al Saud, reviewing the agreements signed during the visit of King Salman to Egypt. The minister stressed the great importance of the kingdom and Egypt to the Arab region and highlighted the great heritage of the two countries and identical views of the leaders of the two countries. The information minister underlined the significance of the bridge to be built between the kingdom and Egypt in serving pilgrims and visitors. He highlighted the visit's contribution to boosting cultural and media cooperation between the two countries.
