Turkish news agencies say four policemen were killed and 14 people were wounded Thursday in an explosion near a bus terminal in the mainly Kurdish city of Diyarbakir. According to dpa, the state-run Anadolu Agency said a bomb detonated as a special forces vehicle passed by and that civilians were among the wounded. The private Dogan news agency reported the same toll and attributed the explosion to a car bomb.
