Speaker of Pakistani National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq appreciated the leading role played by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, in support of security and regional stability. This came during a meeting at the headquarters of Pakistan's National Assembly in Islamabad with Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan Abdullah bin Marzouq Al-Zahrani. Sardar Ayaz Sadiq said that Pakistan gives great importance to its relations with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and it is keen to strengthen and develop these relations in various fields, noting that the brotherly Saudi-Pakistani relations are based on religious and historic cultural grounds. He called for the need to strengthen the exchange of parliamentary delegations between the two countries to consolidate ties and friendly relations between the two brotherly countries. For his part, Ambassador Al-Zahrani expressed his confidence that the fraternal relations between the kingdom and Pakistan is witnessing more prosperity and progress.
