Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, received a cable of thanks from Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait. The Emir of Kuwait expressed happiness for accepting the invitation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to attend the closing maneuver of North Thunder Exercise with the participation of the Kuwaiti armed forces and other forces of a number of brotherly and friendly countries. Sheikh Sabah also hailed the bilateral, fraternal and constructive meeting that he held with the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, during which the spirit of brotherhood and affection prevailed reflecting the depth of the historical relations between the two countries and peoples. He also hailed his meeting with the brotherly leaders of the Gulf cooperation Council (GCC) and leaders of brotherly Arab countries and friendly countries, expressing his deep thanks and appreciation for the warm hospitality and reception that he and his accompanying delegation received. The Emir of Kuwait praised the great efforts and high preparation done by the concerned authorities in the kingdom to organize this maneuver. He also praised the North thunder Exercise's high military level, which was a place of pride for everyone, the extent of high-readiness of the armed forces participating in the exercise and technical competence and combat that will enable these forces to counter the risks and challenges faced by the participating countries, and will be a fortified fence for their security.
