The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable condolences to President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of the Republic of Turkey on the victims of the terrorist attack that took place in Ankara. The King said in his cable, "We learned with grief about the terrorist attack that took place in Ankara which resulted in casualties and injuries. As we strongly condemn these criminal acts, we, on behalf of the Government and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, condole Your Excellency, the families of the victims and the brotherly Turkish people, praying to Allah Almighty for bestowing His mercy upon the victims and a speedy recovery for the injured people. We reconfirm the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's firm position on rejecting terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, and stressing the importance of international efforts to confront and eliminate it."
