Yemeni Vice President and Prime Minister Khaled Bahah, stressed that the Yemeni legitimate authorities agree on any serious dialogue with the rebels that leads to ending the coup and the suffering of civilians. Bahah said that his government is keen to end the suffering of the Yemeni people and agree on any meaningful dialogue that leads to ending the coup and the suffering of civilians, in accordance with the GCC initiative and its executive mechanisms, the outputs of the comprehensive national dialogue conference and international legitimacy on the Yemeni issue, especially UN resolution No. 2216 of 2015. Bahah's remarks came during a meeting with Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who is also Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces the United Arab Emirates, in Dubai on Monday, according to the state-run Yemen News Agency. During the meeting, they discussed latest developments on the Yemeni arena, and efforts of the Yemeni legitimate government to establish security and stability in various provinces of Yemen. The Yemeni Vice President noted that the Yemeni national army and the Public Resistance backed by the coalition forces achieved great victories at different fronts against Houthi militias and the forces loyal to ousted President, especially in the provinces of Ma'arib and Jawf.
