Omani Minister of Sports Affairs Saad bin Mohammed Al-Saadi arrived here today to attend the opening ceremony of the 30th National Festival for Heritage and Culture.
At King Khalid International Airport, Al-Saadi was received by Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh Region; and a number of officials.
