Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Most papers focused their editorials on the terrorist incident which targeted a mosque in the Eastern region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, killing and wounding scores of innocent citizens. Okaz newspaper stated that this heinous incident proves the Kingdom's great strength and status as well as its unique ability to combat terrorism and trim its nails, all of this at a time when the national fabric is increasingly coherent with the leadership. It considered that Al-Ahsa sinful incident reaffirms that the terrorist organizations and extremist ideas legalize the blood shedding of Muslims and try to hit national unity as well as to ignite sectarian to achieve the interests and policies of countries targeted the Kingdom and its security. --More
